Sure, it would be nice if the two sides came to an equitable agreement on a new contract. But this hold-in by Chase with two years to go on his contract is a bad look imho and something I never expected of Chase. (If anyone could be complaining about needing a new contract it would be Patrick Mahomes and there is zero complaint from him.)
Weird take. Draft picks are slotted. Are you suggesting the Bengals trade down and/or out of the first round in the instance they have a high first round draft pick again?
