Isn't it time for Burrow to want to restructure his contract? I mean it has been a year and Love from GB just signed the #1 QB contract currently. Meanwhile Patrick in KC is #11 at only $45 M and only has 3 of 4 SB Titles..in 6 years.
Actually I see both sides in this whole contract thing. The players and agents know the astronomical worth of the owners and see that if the current team/owner isn't willing to pay them then there is a team that will.
And, the owners see that player/agent signed a contract 2-3 years ago and expect them to honor it. They are well aware of the rapid rise of contracts happening but a contract is a contract.
It has to be a tough issue to solve without burning bridges and causing problems.
