When you look at what's actually guaranteed, we lowballed the shit out of him. We're so far off from what other receivers are getting that it's beginning to look like we're going to lose Chase unless Chase concedes (no reason for him to do this) or if the Bengals find a way to make it happen.
We let bates, Higgins, and Reader walk. All of these dudes played big roles in our Super Bowl run. There's no reason it should be this damn hard.
