His signing bonus would have been 30M.
This year's salary is guaranteed.   
Next year's salary is guaranteed.   

Thus is it may have looked like this:

2024:  30M and 4.8M salary:  Guaranteed at signing.  34.8 total guaranteed
2025:  21.8M salary:  Guaranteed at signing.   66.6 total guaranteed
2026:  ?
2027:  Roster bonus. Guaranteed but not at signing.    33.3M balance of remaining guarantees to be paid in 2027 or divided over 2027, 28, and 29
2028:  Roster bonus?.  Guaranteed but not at signing.
2029:  Roster bonus?.  Guaranteed but not at signing.
