Like, JJ is well over $100 mil guaranteed if you factor in his 5th year option.

I would absolutely think the Bengals would count the final year of the rookie deal and the 5th year option as these are guaranteed from Day 1 but do not require cash escrow.  Just my opinion.

edit:  The Vikings restructured Jefferson's 5th year deal down to $1.1M, likely for cap reasons.
