"Guaranteed" and "Guaranteed at Signing" are very different.

If the Bengals proposal had, say, a $30 mil roster bonus in 2027, that counts as "Guaranteed".  However, if they cut him in 2026, he never gets that money, hence it isn't "Guaranteed at Signing".

Plus, Nicomo PST was comparing apples to apples, as it was how much each was guaranteed at signing.
