if you click on the link you can see photo renderings of the plans

- facility sq footage expands from 1.4 billion to 1.9 billion
- Expand the concourse and plaza around the stadium to improve flow.
- Adds 3 outward screens outside the stadium for viewing the game or practices
- A new North end with a new club-level
- new scoreboard
-new club viewing area along 50-yard line with patio and  view to the river
-new Hall of Champions
-new South end adding new reception facilities and food hall facing the river
-Mehring Way to be rerouted opening up the west side for a new grass lot for tailgating
-other renovations include additional escalators and bathrooms

and

A brand-new indoor practice facility will house ALL operations and offices.  The outdoor field will include a 2000-person grandstand

no dome as it was too expensive.  And those new club seats will come at the expense of regular seating.  Club seat money is not shared with the NFL

As a New York Bengal fan, I say spare nothing. I want a retractable dome. Spend, spend, spend!Cool
