nope...The Cowboys at Jerryworld, for example, have played 95% of home games with the roof closed
The Falcons only open their roof for "special" occassions
The Texans have opened theirs 4 times in 9 years
The Cardinals actually do a bit better, 22 times its been open since 2006 vs 71 close so about 24% of the time its closed
The Colts open Lucas Oil Stadium about 29% of the time
retraction is awfully expensive to only use less than 30% of the time
