Probably a crapshoot if they would have taken the penalty if Pittsburgh would have thrown or just run it twice to run as much clock as possible before punting. They may not risk a pass, given the clock stoppage for an incompletion or potential interception only being up six. Either way, I think taking the penalty was a way better play.
