Said so at the time, but he has improved a ton since his Illinois days especially in catching the ball out of the backfield. He needs to work on 
his cuts though, that is about my only critique of him, he needs to learn to cut back into a hole and follow his WR/TE's blocking better.

Also, I thought Chase Brown would get stopped in short yardage more than he has where he has actually been pretty damn good.

All good points, especially the guard play. 

I agree about following his WRs/TEs blocking better because it looks like sometimes it looks like he has a touchdown in the open field but he cuts the wrong way and runs into where they're blocking the defender. I do think he's pretty good at following the linemen's blocks and waiting for the holes to develop and then exploding through them. Just me though.

I think he's going to be great for this offense because, like I said, he has gained Burrow's trust and Burrow's going to know that Brown can break big plays from the runs, so Burrow doesn't have to make the big plays in the pass game, and they'll play off each other.
