Looks like at least somewhat of an upgrade over Mixon, even if not head and shoulders.
But the cost differential is big.

There's room for improvement, but...
1) No RB is going to be head and shoulders better with YPC unless this OL improves
2) No RB is going to be Top 5 in rushing yards unless the offense changes to put the focus on the running game more

I don't see #2 happening, but #1 can be addressed by getting some new IOL in FA/draft.
