I consider Chase Brown a "good," but not great RB.
He's not in the Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley category of being able to carry an offense and build the offense around, but he's a quality dude. He reminds me of a guy like Aaron Jones. Good RB to have in a passing-heavy offense.

I'd rather try to address the clear bad spots like DL, IOL, and potentially DB and pass catcher before I worry about trying to upgrade from a "good" RB.
