plus, defensive coaches should be chomping at the bit to coordinate a defense opposite our offense. Nothing makes a defense look better than being paired with an elite offense.

When we hired our last coaching staff, we basically had to settle for the people that couldn't get jobs anywhere else because our team had essentially no assets of any value.

This coaching search will be a whole new ball game
