For DC, I like same idea and poach Aaron Glenn who has done an amazing job in 2024 with a defense decimated with injuries. I also like Dennis Allen.
Looking to the future, I hope they go with a minority so after we win the Super Bowl, they are poached for a HC gig, and we get a draft pick.
Highly doubt Fraley is going anywhere. Would have to hire Oliver, his Assistant like Bfine said and I would be more than fine with this.
Aaron Glenn will be looking at HC jobs pretty sure, not any DC jobs. He would just stay where he is most likely if he doesn't get a HC gig.

Not sure, that would be cool for us if we could interview him on a bye week. But interviewing coaches while they are still in the dance I think
is kind of wrong. They need to concentrate on winning the entire thing at this time even on a bye week.
