Golden has done a very good job as DC for the Irish though gotta say. That is where he will stay though.

Golden was the LB coach for Wilson's first two years (2020-2021).

I am not sure how you are determining "best" season, but from both stats and PFF scores, 2020-2021 were some of Wilson's worst.
2020 (backup) - 33 tackles, 2 INTs, 3 PDs, 54.7 PFF score
2021 (full-time starter) - 100 tackles, 4 INTs, 4 PDs, 53.9 PFF score

Since then:
2022 - 123 tackles, 1 INT, 4 PDs, 72.7 PFF score
2023 - 135 tackles, 4 INTs, 9 PDs, 62.6 PFF score
2024 (11 games) - 104 tackles, 0 INT, 1 PD, 72.3 PFF score (boosted heavily by his run defense this year)
