Yep, polished OL is what Pollack had in Dallas. He cannot develop lesser talent at all. Mims was good this year cause Mims is polished.
A new OL coach that knows how to develop could make a player like Mims All Pro.
Would love to see what a good one could also do with a few new players on the interior.

That's actually why I am not super bullish on Ben Johnson like some are. I wonder how he'd be as an HC/OC if he didn't have quite so much talent.
True, also great point on Ben Johnson. If he didn't have maybe the best OL in football along with all that talent who knows what his
Offense would look like. Sewell, Ragnow, Gibbs, St. Brown, LaPorta, Jameson Williams etc is pretty stacked and Goff is a good QB.
