Yes I agree 100%.  Back when Zach was hiring his original staff, there was a lot of this..... 



Anyway, with the reputation and culture he has built and frankly with the offense and Burrow on the other side of the ball, it could be a dream job for a DC to come in and succeed.  We should get high uality coaches.
