Both of those guys were also coming off 1100-1200+ yard seasons and their team's WR1.
Higgins is going to get less in a trade because he's the 2nd option and hasn't even reached 1100 yards once in his career.
I think he can if he's treated as WR1 on a team to get enough targets and stay healthy long enough, but he's limited production-wise in Cincy unless Chase goes down for a decent length of time.
