I doubt he is the guy though. Bengals never go for high profile obvious choices. That and he probably gets a HC gig—possibly the jags.
Saleh does put together some fine, aggressive defenses. I have no issue with his coaching abilities. What concerns me is, can he do as well running a 4-3 scheme, as that is the personnel on the Bengals defensive roster. With the anticipated spending on offensive contracts coming, do we really think that the Bengals would also do another defensive overhaul?
