In our situation, what do we do with Hendrickson in a 3-4? Move him off the line to OLB or play him as the 3 man end?

Well being as pass rush is Trey's strength and run defense is his weakness, then a move to OLB would make sense. Dude's the same size/skillset as Watt.

In a 3-4 base, with current personnel I could see:

HILL-JACKSON-JENKINS
HENDRICKSON-PRATT-WILSON-OSSAI ( I'd love to see Ced Johnson in a 3-4 base)
