Yet to be fair Lou has been stripped of his best players annually. Not sure how Zac would fair as OC if the same were done on that side of the ball.

All that being said, am fine with the coaching moves made per the tackling was atrocious and nothing got fixed until it was too late.  Yet still on fence on Lou being good or not. He made some great halftime adjustments during SB run and pretty sure he wanted to keep Bates and others around but got trumped on the decision in favor of offensive firepower. Which I get but not sure Lou is to blame for that being done. Although he is probably in favor of releasing Tee and using money on D and that's not a real popular opinion these days as well.

Still excited to move forward, something had to be shaken up.  Hate dreaming of next season while the playoffs are not even started but it's where we find ourselves once again.

The easy SB window has closed now and the Bengals must get much more creative after Chase and Higgins are signed this offseason. More favs will be cut.

I agree with you Go Cards on this, as on most things Bengals.   I also am fine with Coach Taylor firing these assistant coaches, as he says he did in a tough choice.  

I also agree with you on taking start of season more serious. I say the Preseason has became way to Wimpy.  Starters are never ready in September and Bengals keep having awful Septembers that causes them to miss Play-Offs.  I feel Starters need to get in a few reps in Preseason Game One, not many, but a few reps.   Then in Preseason Game Two they need to play most of 1st Half to get stretched out and in Football Shape as opposed to weight room or practice shape.  Then have starters take off Preseason Game Three to avoid injuries right before Regular Season Game One.

I completely agree that Bengals are Never ready to go start of regular season, and That has to change more than anything on this team. 

So we agree that the coaching changes were probably needed, but we also agree that this team has to be more ready to play in September.  Myself, I say starters need Preseason Reps and starters not playing any Preseason is too Wimpy and is causing bad Septembers keeping Bengals out of Play-Offs.  If you start 0-2 and especially 0-3, you are killing your Play-Off chances at start of season.  Get these guys ready to play in Preseason, and stop worrying about Preseason injuries. These starters need some Preseason reps if they ever want to start winning in September. 

 I agree Go Cards, this team has to be more ready to start the season in September, that has been what has been killing Bengals play-off chances last two seasons. Whoever Regular Season Game One is, Bengals need to go out and win it in 2025 for a change.
