IMO a NT who provides pass rush is like a LT who is a good run blocker. It's nice if you can get it. DJ Reader had 2 sacks per season maybe.
And even a great NT can't stop the run by himself.
What I see at NT is what I see in our interior OL. Short yardage becomes a nightmare wherein the coordinator has to get creative. Having to pass on 4th gets QBs killed, unless you play the Bengals who rush 2-3 and drop everyone else into zone coverage.
