I know that the league and media vilified Burfict to no end, but damn I sure did love having him on the team. Burfict's downfall was that he needed a strong voice like that of Mike Zimmer keeping him grounded and in check with reality. Once laid back Paully Guenther took over as DC, Burfict was left to his own devices.
