I did not have a wishlist of Oline coaches because it's not something that is publicly tracked much (even the most in depth knowers of coaches typically only gets down to the position coaches, so finding a new position coach usually means looking at assistant position coaches, which most fans have no idea about), but if I had to choose an Oline coach to pluck a former assistant from, Bill Callahan is about as good as it gets.

I don't know much about Peters personally, but his coaching tree suggests he has the potential to be a good hire. And that's all we could hope to ask for.
