BJJ is heavily focused on grappling, submission holds and hand/arm fighting, so I think a background in BJJ is a great basis for an Oline coach. Knowing how to engage, disengage and use your opponent's body and leverage to get them on the ground should be able to translate in the thought process and attitude towards coaching, even if the exact moves can't be used in the NFL (as many of them would be considered holding :) ).
