DeCastro had 6 Pro Bowls, 1 2nd Team All-Pro, and 2 1st Team All-Pros. You don't become a multi-time 1st Team All-Pro from bias.... and being okay/good for 13 years is not better than being great for 8-9 years.
It's why Derrick Mason or Hines Ward isn't in the HoF but Calvin Johnson is and nobody would prefer 14-15 years of them over 9 years of Megatron.
If Burrow's career is only 10 years of what we've seen so far, he's still a better pick than if Herbert's career stays as it currently is but he plays for 15-17 years.
