Multiple local reporters have said these new coach hires are Zac's decisions. If these hires don't work, and the team falters again, then Zac is most likely gone. I don't think we'll see Marvin Lewis style loyalty anymore, and the FO won't want to waste players like Burrow and Chase.

I hope he hires the best DC in the 2025 NFL season and behind and he helps Burrow, Chase, Trey, Mike Brown and ZT win the Super Bowl.
