I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do with players like Ford, who while not starters, are good backups and how much better he can make them. Zeus said he thought "some of the guys" could really benefit from Peter's techniques, and while I don't know I think he was referencing Ford and Cochran

they needed a "change of voice' on the offensive line..same with Lou....hopefully new coaches will be heard and we will see improvements
