Pitts is younger, a great mismatch, will not break the bank, and is healthier option than Kupp.

I would rather see the Bengals replace Tee with a good TE versus a good WR. Luckily there a several who may be free agents, like Tyler Conklin and Zach Ertz.

Feasibly, they should be able to afford a WR like Slayton and Kyle Pitts for the same or less as Tee Higgins, and maybe even have a few $$ left to throw toward a Guard.
