Cincinnati has never won a ring. Only been to the Super Bowl 3 times.

This roster is in flux and needs a serious overhaul. Especially on the defensive side of the ball.
This is no easy gig. Winning in Cincy is not and never will be easy.
While I do not feel sorry for him in the slightest, he has a tough job ahead of him.
