Higgins, when suited up, is a #1 NFL WR, and the bengals have been lucky to have him.
The issue is, he rarely misses time due to in-game injuries. I am not sure there are more than 1-2 times in his career where he misses game due to an injury on the game field. He routinely gets injured in practice. Seemingly out of nowhere, and then it drags for weeks. When you walk into a Tuesday, you need to know who you can count on for the subsequent sunday game. Tee is an absolute wild card.

However, there is another part of the equation that must ask, are the people making the decisions on the draft selections even truly following the recommendations of the scouts and coaching staff? How often do Duke and Mike just go rogue because they've got "a good feeling" about some player? Mike Brown keeps coming up in these draft and FA conversations. I just don't see MB studying FA or draft prospects at his age. To provide input, you need knowlwdge and maybe I am wrong, but I think the decision makersc for player asqusitions are Duke, Pete Brown, Katie, Todd and Zac. I think Katie plays a bigger role in the final decision especially in FA than many want to believe. ![]() Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!
