Bring back BJ over keeping Rankins is my call, BJ is solid and we know what we have in him. Ossai also was our second best pass rusher
last year, bring him back and add another End in FA to help the pass rush.
Oh I agree with cutting him and resigning Hill. I’m just thinking, them holding onto Rankins since he’s already rostered would be a totally Bengals thing to do. They’ll see him as a guy who had a bad luck year with injury and illness, he’ll pass a physical and that’ll be all she wrote. Same with cutting or restructuring Hubbard. I can see them seeing him as a team first guy who should have shut it down when he got the hamstring injury but soldiered on because the team needed him. That he will bounce back to being the 2022 Hubbard when healthy. They’ll reciprocate some loyalty there and keep him status quo.
