I think that depends on FA. Did we sign a set of better guards and use Cappa gained cap money towards their cap hit. Did we sign a DE and cut Hubbard?

Bengals in my opinion Bengals need to cut more players in 2025 than they have ever in one year. If they do, they can do a lot of upgrading prior to the draft.
