I think in the long run we'll trade Trey. After Crosby getting that big deal Trey is gonna want 30/yr or more and I wouldn't pay that for a 30 yr old with back problems. Get good value in a trade ( picks and a player) and move on and sign Josh Sweat on a 3 year deal.
