I like that he is pretty proficient in pass pro & run block. Not a guy who is good at one but not the other (OBJ & Karras). But he does have a rep for making big whiffs from time to time. But it isn't like Cappa/Volson/Ford don't do that. 

I'd be thrilled. He is a starting caliber LG. 738 snaps, though. He misses time. 

9.74 RAS definitely would indicate they are moving away from Pollack's philosophy of big, unathletic "glass eaters" and trying to increase the athleticism of the OL.
