Tobin on his way out?

If I'm to blame Tobin for anything, it's drafting players early who need work coming in, but they never developed well enough.
Maybe that was the coaching staff, maybe it was the player, but either way, many of the early draft picks in the past few years have not blossomed.

Maybe Dax Hill? He didn't work out at FS after 2 seasons under contract, but he looked ok in limited games before injury last year and may blossom this year (his final year) at CB
