I would imagine based on history Mike Brown is still calling the shots. On the big money contracts. Tobin has to he frustrated. Huge tug of war. Loyalty to your employer, loyalty to Zac, loyalty to your key players. They want Trey back. They want Tee. Chase isn’t an issue he’ll get done. Zac,Duke, and Burrow all want those key guys back. I’m not naive it’s a tug of war with the agents. There’s no way Duke wanted this to drag on. He’s got the draft & free agency to deal with.
