This feels like 2018 when Marvin had one last shot to right the ship after back to back underperforming years.
They already had let go of their OC midseason the year prior, and they replaced Guenther with Austin.
A lot was put on Marvin and the staff to actually be able to coach up the players and implement a good scheme, as the FO was not going to toss them a ton of new, expensive FAs.
This feels similar to that.
Taylor gets new positional coaches and DC to try to put up or shut up.
