I don't think Chase intentionally meant to disrespect The Precinct but to assert "The food could be better" is not a positive endorsement. 

Sometimes the truth hurts. New Orleans is widely known for its food. Outside of a chili dog, Cincinnati is not. Everyone can't afford to eat at a Ruby's every night, nor would I even want to. If I could, I'd be at Eddie Merlot's. (kicks Ruby's butt every time) Outside of Montgomery Inn, I can't think of a single place I'd drive to Cincinnati to eat at. I grew up in Cincinnati, its not a slap, its reality. Louisville is no better.
