I smoke my own ribs, and used to compete a lot in BBQ contests (Contest winning BBQ is not good BBQ you'd want to make a meal out of, which is why I quit doing it). I still like Montgomery Inn ribs, maybe it's just nostalgia for me. Can't beat the Saratoga chips though...
