Also like Beef over Pork although I love both if cooked right and have a decent sauce. I am not as much of a sweet sauce lover, prefer savory.
I do love them as well, Ribs are my favourite BBQ dish and can eat every creature's ribs, all so good.
I too prefer savoury: my sauce mix is 40% a savoury, vinegar-based BBQ sauce, 40% a sweeter, still vinegar-based BBQ sauce (so a peach or mango sauce), 10% Frank's Red Hot (or similar, but that mixes best, I find) and 10% olive oil.
The sauce is just insane and it works on side ribs, back ribs, beef ribs, chicken, but it actually goes best on Turkey legs: that's become the BBQ dish that I do best.
