I was looking at FA's available on Spotrac. They have Mike Hilton at a value of 12 million per year or 36 million for 3 years. I like him, but not at 31 and giving him his highest contract by far in his career. Scherff is listed at almost 7 million. Risner a lot less at 3.4 and Hernandez at 4.3.

None of these guards available would break the bank. I know Hernandez is injured, but why no contract offers from any teams for Scherff or Risner?

The idea of getting a guard from the Chargers is not a bad idea. If he is a long term answer, a draft pick is not bad. If. one year option, not so much in my opinion.
