I bring this up because it seems the Bengals, yet again, are too conservative with the cap and could have done more the first 1-2 weeks of FA and worked to adjust afterwards as the dust settles rather than hold so much just in case.
Bengals could have gone and gotten 1 if not 2 more upgrades with the $10+ mill they still could use.
More than likely though, they'll say it's reserved for Hendrickson extension, which doesn't actually improve the team for 2025 even if he is extended.

That's a good question. Everything that I read says that day was back on the 12th.
