EDIT - Honestly, I also really dislike how cold KB operates. Hardlines everything. Doesn't seem to have a compassionate bone in her body.

It appears Bengals could not renew the lease and then give 6 months notice. The Bengals offering someone the opportunity to buy the team still gives the team control. They set the price so they could ask an outageous price, the same price they could get from another city to move.
