Summerow Dumas thinks Blackburn's comments were designed to move the negotiating process along more quickly.
"I think it's really strategically to try to move us a little faster, but I'm very confident in the speed that we're taking," Summerow Dumas said. "We're doing what we need to do to be good partners with the Bengals."
I used to think that there's no way any city would accept the Bengals because of Mike Brown and the way he operated things, but now, with Burrow, Chase, and Higgins, it does worry me a little that maybe Katie could move the team.
I hope the city sees how much money they'd lose by letting the team move and does what it takes to keep the team here, so let's just hope that Katie's smart, loyal, and reasonable.
I'd literally be destroyed if the team left.
