I'd literally be destroyed if the team left.

IF they decided to move tomorrow, there's a lot of steps they'd need to go through. Approvals. Studies. Negotiations with a new city, etc. It's 5 to 7 years at fastest and the league might shut them down.

They don't strike me as the type that would want to relocate too.

This is all about trying to get the state and county to kick in as much as possible.
