Beyond that, there's plenty of stadiums that can temporarily host games if things go south.  

Folks should also realize that a number of teams have/do play in stadiums outside of the city that bears the team's naming rights.  The 49'ers play in Santa Clara, which is 45 miles from San Fran.  The Giants and Jets played in New Jersey for years.  Just because the Bengals aren't doing a full blown relocation doesn't mean they have to continue to partner up with Hamilton County.
