Bengals v. Hamilton County - Square Off

She didn't need to add in the comment that they could go wherever they wanted. While technically true, it feels like a slap in the face to a city that financially supported the organization for over 50 years.
And then you add on the comments KB seems to make about the situation with Hendrickson where she mentions she feels he needs to be happy with how much he's making. She just has the same communication style that doesn't seem to factor in the emotional response from the players/city/fans.

I bring it up because at my company, I am one of those in leadership, and our culture is one promoting emotional intelligence and empathy toward our users, stakeholders, and staff. If any of us were to talk publicly like KB does, we would likely be reprimanded by upper leadership.

I get though that some people don't care HOW someone communicates, and even admires how some can be incredibly direct and "**** people's reactions" to what is said.
That's just not the communication style I care for, same with many others.
the public back and forth here in Cincinnati..between the powers that be of Hamilton county/city   and the Bengals is barely a blip on the radar compared to other cities.. Katie did not say anything out of place and she is one of the owners of her company..not management..I think the team has brought this city alot of enjoyment..I think the teams demands and the renovations were very reasonable..and pretty cool.. and I think a deal will get done..
