If the Bengals leave the riverfront they are moving no further than the exburb counties.  Look for Warren County and Northern Kentucky both to make major bids if the opportunity arises

Yea... The Bengals can't move to far from their entire fan base. I expect a deal to get done though because neither side really has any leverage. The County can't let the Bengals leave because they would lose hundreds of millions in property value (plus the resulting taxes) and the Bengals really can't leave because almost their entire fan base is in that area.
