The Bengals have (re) signed FA LB Joe Giles-Harris, who was briefly on our PS last year before being signed away by Jacksonville. 1 year deal.

Looks like a camp/PS guy or a guy to compete with Njongmeta & Heyward for LB4/LB5. Bad news for Joe Bachie fans, I'd think. Contract details not out yet, but I am assuming no dead cap here (or very little).
